If the time is already busy, an operator will contact you to reschedule, depending on availability in your schedule.2 - Monitoring revisionsThrough the APP, you will be able to view the revisions that have been carried out at your dealership, as well as be notified about the next revisions scheduled for your registered vehicles.3 - Vehicle Mileage UpdateThrough the App, you will be able to update the vehicles current mileage information, being notified with greater precision about its upcoming maintenance.4 - SurveysRespond to satisfaction surveys generated by Potenza directly on your device.5 - Contact usYou will be able to send messages directly to Potenza, which will be received and processed by the customer service team.
Your messages will be part of the dealerships indicators, helping to improve the processes applied by it.6 - NotificationsYou will be able to receive notifications generated by Potenza on your device, such as promotions and new business opportunities related to your vehicle, birthday congratulations and occasional campaigns generated by the Marketing team.7 - Recurring alertsYou can be regularly reminded to check the Oil Level, Tire Calibration and Water Level.
The App stores the last check, and will notify you of the next check date, keeping your vehicle always up to date with basic maintenance items.
